Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DoctorsNaukri (the "Service") operated by DoctorsNaukri Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. Healthcare professionals must hold valid registration with their respective medical or nursing council to use candidate features.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@doctorsnaukri.com of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Candidate obligations

As a candidate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your profile.
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or council registration.
• Not apply for positions you are not qualified for with intent to deceive.
• Respond to recruiters in good faith when you initiate contact.
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.

5. Employer & recruiter obligations

As an employer or recruiter, you agree to:

• Post only genuine, active job vacancies.
• Provide accurate information about your organisation, location, and compensation.
• Not discriminate against candidates on the basis of religion, caste, gender, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Not use candidate data for any purpose beyond the stated recruitment purpose.
• Not post jobs intended to collect personal data fraudulently.
• Comply with all applicable Indian labour laws, including the Equal Remuneration Act and Persons with Disabilities Act.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Harvest or scrape user data without our express written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DoctorsNaukri Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoctorsNaukri Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to use the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We encourage you to first contact us to resolve any disputes informally.

11. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or via a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
